Excellent service!

We booked Stavros online and his communication via email back and forth was excellent. He arrived at our hotel in Rethymno on time and drove us to the Chania airport, pointing out areas of interest, answering questions, and contributing to the conversation. He was polite, helpful with lifting the luggage, and opened doors. His fare was also reasonable and less than what the hotel told us the fare would be. I would highly recommend using Stavros and would call him if we’re ever in Rethymno again.

Great service , on time and very friendly

The service was great , drivers very friendly and every time they were available and we used their taxi ,prices were fair and they were on time at the appointment . They also had to suggest great places to eat with very good prices and in general they know the hidden diamonds of the island 🙂

Life saver and the best Taxi service in Crete!

We used Taxi Service Rethymno many times during our stay in Crete, and the service was not only top notch, but the prices are the best around. Stavros drove us multiple times, once picking us up after midnight from Chania to take us to Rethymno, and another last minute trip from Heraklion to Chania. Stavros and his drivers know the island super well and will be able to give you great recommendations in addition to an excellent driving experience. We would highly recommend them and will definitely use them when we come back to visit!

Friendly and safe driver!

My wife and I were having dinner at outside the center of Rethymno. The restaurant helped us to call a taxi for ur trip back to the center. The taxi came in about 15 minutes (considering we were off the beaten track, this was quick) and the ride back to the city center was very pleasant and the car was comfortable. The driver Stavros was very friendly and shared with us his experiences and stories and we had a nice chat.

Superb Service, as much a brilliant Tour Guide as a Taxi

Myself and my girlfriend had several journey's with Stavros last week in Rethymno. There is not much to say except that he is excellent, and the service he provides is fantastic. He took us up into the hills to a restaurant and back one evening. Then took us to Heraklion airport yesterday morning. He was always prompt, his driving excellent, and the car fantastic. But moreover, the insight he gave us into the surrounding area and Crete in general was fantastic. I very much hope he get's to London on holiday next year, and that his experience with Taxi's and transport here is half as good. Thank you Stavros.

Excellent and reliable service

I made use of this taxi service three times whilst in Crete - from Heraklion airport to Rethymno, from Rethymno to Plakias and then from Plakias back to the airport. Each time the service was excellent. Stavros replies very quickly to emails and always sends a confirmation before the trip. He is also pleasant company on a long drive. Great Service

We used Taxi Service Rethymno to pick us up from Heraklion Port and a week later take us to Chania Airport. They were waiting for us with a clear sign on arrival and were also waiting for us at our AirBnB at 4:00AM for our onward trip. Can highly recommend

Excellent service from Taxi Service Rethymno

Stavros from Taxi Service Rethymno gave our party a really good taxi service. The taxi was waiting when we arrived at the airport and the vehicle was very clean plus of a high standard. We are going to be using Stavros in the future and would highly recommend Taxi Service Rethymno.

Rethymno to Heraklion port

Booked online. Received timely confirmation. Taxi arrived on time (even slightly early!) and we had a pleasant drive to Heraklion to catch our early ferry. The driver had decent English and chatted away during the journey. Price was as suggested on the website (cheaper than others) and all went very smoothly.

Prompt, clean

Regularly used the Cretan taxis to get to and from the main bus station from our hotel, saved a 50 minute walk, and a flat 5 euro. No tipping required. Always arrived within 5 minutes of booking. Impressive.

Transfers in Crete

Stavros was excellent in responding to my e-mails and his prices were very good considering the service that we received. Our ferry from Naxos to Rethymno was cancelled on Sept 14th so we had to take a ferry from Naxos to Heraklion on Sept 15th. The apartment we were renting was in Chania, hence the reason for Rethymno. He was excellent at getting back to me very quickly on Sept 13th when we changed our ferry tickets to arrive Heraklion which is about another 75 minutes further. He was reasonable on the extra charge for the private service and the vehicle was fabulous. We also used his services again on Sept 19th for our transfer from our apartment rental in Chania to the airport. On both services, we did not have Stavros but the drivers we had were very good. Thank you for the excellent service. I would not hesitate to recommend this company.
