• We provide child or infant seats on request
• The driver will be waiting in the arrivals hall with a sign with your name
• All our taxis hold four large suitcases
• All our taxis can take up to 4 passengers (however we do not split families with small children)
• After you make your reservation, we will contact you to confirm
• We are aware of your arrival time and will wait for you even if your flight etc is delayed
• Cash is the preferred method of payment. It is possible to pay by card, but you will be charged for the processing costs of the transaction.
• Travel time from Chania airport to Rethymno is 1 hour
• Travel time from Heraklion airport to Rethymno is 1 hour
• The cost for excursions and tours is EUR 45 per hour. For trips & tours over 6 hours long, the price will be arranged specially
• We don’t do routes within the city.
• We also have mini van and mini bus and we can serve up to 20 people. The price will be determined upon request.
